In an action-packed softball game today, South Western triumphed over Gettysburg with a final score of 18-5. South Western’s offense dominated the game, racking up 20 hits and four home runs, while Gettysburg struggled to keep pace.

South Western’s Kinsley Proepper and Jayda Koontz led the offensive charge with impressive performances. Proepper hit a grand slam and contributed four RBIs, while Koontz hit two home runs and drove in five runs. Riley Crowl and Aubrey Kidd also made significant contributions with multiple doubles and RBIs.
Despite a valiant effort, Gettysburg’s lineup couldn’t keep up with South Western’s explosive offense. Veronica Paul and Adalyn Smarsh both doubled, with Paul driving in two runs and Smarsh contributing two RBIs as well. Ava Hochard also managed an RBI in the game.
