The popular Gettysburg Street Carolers will again come together to bring holiday cheer to the town on Friday, December 5th, starting at 6 pm on Lincoln Square.
The caroling event was created two years ago by Donate Gardner and Katie Engle and has quickly become a welcome annual Gettysburg tradition that many folks look forward to.
This year, the carolers will complement the Main Street Christmas Festival, preceding the tree lighting ceremony from 6 – 6:30 pm, then proceeding out into neighboring streets and stopping by various close-by businesses to bring a joyful noise to the community.
Festival attendees are welcome to join the group to sing along. Please meet at Ghost City Tours at 10 Lincoln Square by 5:30 pm for a brief warm-up/practice and handout of lyrics sheets.
