Debra Lee Topper. 66, of East Berlin, PA., passed away at home on February 10. 2024, surrounded by her family. Born February 25, 1957, in Hanover, PA, she was the loving daughter of the late Robert and Barbara (Wooters) Topper. Debra loved spending time with her family and friends, gardening, music (especially The Grateful Dead), and nature. She is survived by her sons, Samual Topper and wife Nicole, and Douglas Topper and wife Amber; granddaughter, Lain Topper, and brothers, Robert Topper and Lou Topper. Funeral services are private, arrangements are with Brandenburg & Stein Funeral Parlor, 3045 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg, PA
