WellSpan Health announced today that South Central Community Action Program CEO Megan Shreve has been appointed as the chair of the WellSpan Board of Directors

Before working at SCCAP, Ms. Shreve was employed with Deloitte working on business process analysis, project management and implementation for large change management projects. Shreve has been actively involved with WellSpan Health for the last ten years, serving on multiple boards and committees. She succeeds former chair Steven Hovis, Esq., who most recently served as Chair from 2017 to 2020.
In collaboration with the full Board of Directors, Shreve will dedicate her time and knowledge to advancing the WellSpan mission, overseeing decisions around the strategic plan, facilities, staffing, policies, ethics and finance.
The WellSpan Health Board of Directors is a volunteer governing board tasked with oversight of WellSpan Health. Members are elected to three-year terms, with officer terms lasting one year. The board serves as the parent board of WellSpan Health.
